The educational information is presented in one written module consisting with a  post-test. Please review and reflect on the Power Point presentation and the written test.  After studying the material, please complete the course posttest and the evaluation.

Statement of Evaluation Instrument: 

The activity post- test and evaluation instrument are required for credit.  Learners must earn an 75% correct rate on the post-test to receive credit.
